- REFUNDS: All refunds based on total rental. If canceled more than a month from your date, you will receive a 90% refund. If canceled within 30 days of the event 50% of the rental amount will be non-refundable. Under 14 days before the event there will be NO refund given.
- Memory Makers Farm, LLC is not responsible for the cancelling of your event due to weather or any other unforeseen problems. In the event of inclement weather where the event does not have an indoor contingency plan, the renter will be provided a 50% refund of the total rental price.
